India already solved the payment. Nobody solved the handoff. We build the machines that do.
Every campus runs two queues it cannot fix.
Three thousand students break at the same minute. One counter, cash, shouting, and no record of who ordered what. The vendor loses plates per hour. The student loses their break. The institute has zero visibility into a business operating on its own premises.
One or two shops per campus, cash only, shut by 9 PM and closed on Sunday — exactly when assignments are due. Students hand over a pen drive and wait twenty minutes for four pages. Paper runs out at 11 PM and the queue simply moves to tomorrow.
Both are the same problem wearing different clothes — a payment that is already digital everywhere else in India, stuck behind a physical handoff nobody has automated.
Two products. One platform.
Students order and pay on their phone. Our machines finish the job in the physical world, with no staff judgement involved.
Order ahead between classes, pay by UPI, scan at the counter, collect a numbered token. The vendor works a live ticket screen instead of shouting names. The institute finally has a dashboard and a GST export for a business running on its own premises.
- Four-step order flow
- Live order board
- Menu and stock management
- Demand forecasting and auto-restock
- GST invoice per order
- Sales analytics and CSV export
- Role-scoped access
- Multi-canteen tenancy
- Loyalty and coupons
- Offline mode
Pick a kiosk on the map, upload a PDF, pay, walk over. A Raspberry Pi bolted to that printer holds a live socket to our cloud, so paper starts moving within seconds of the payment clearing. No shopkeeper. No pen drive. No closing time.
- Live paper telemetry
- Client-side PDF preview
- Colour, duplex, per-kiosk rate cards
- Files auto-deleted the moment they print
- Owner earnings dashboard
- Refiller network
- Settlements and payouts
The expensive part is shared.
This is why the second product cost a fraction of the first, and why the third is a configuration rather than a rebuild. Stationery vending, laundry, library fines — same rails, same kiosks, same signed contract.
Two ways to put a kiosk on your campus.
We install it, we own it, we keep it stocked. You provide roughly 3×3 feet of accessible space, a power point, and the security you already have. We pay you a fixed monthly contribution for the space and electricity.

IIITDM Kurnool runs both products. The second one landed at almost no acquisition cost — same administration, same students, same trust. That is the whole thesis, already tested.
Who is building this
Innvera Technology Private Limited was incorporated in Tirupati in 2025 and incubated at TBI, NIT Calicut. We started because printing an assignment at 11 PM on a campus of three thousand people was impossible, and nobody could explain why. The canteen turned out to be the same problem. Two products later, we are building the transaction layer that Indian campuses have never had.
Architected and shipped both platforms end to end — cloud backend, three web applications, the Android release, and the Raspberry Pi device agents running in every kiosk.
Owns everything after the sale: kiosk installation, canteen staff training, refilling and on-ground support — the work that decides whether a pilot converts.
Hiring: campus operations lead · two regional sales executives · one backend engineer for the fleet and billing layer.
Start with a pilot.
Thirty days, one counter, no cost and no budget approval. We agree the success target in writing before go-live, then review it against your own dashboard.
